I take a spoonful a day and it dissolves in my mouth quickly and is so smooth, not grainy at all or greasy tasing, has a pleasant subtle coconut taste, too. So good for your I use it on my dry skin and on my hair, too, as well as for cooking of course! Cold pressed is best!
