You can totally use wild chamomile essential oil instead of german chamomile. You can substitute any hydrosol that is suitable to use on the skin, Helichrysum is great!
As long as you keep the same proportion, it will work just fine!

I wasn’t able to find German chamomile. I did find wild chamomile, would that be ok? Also, I found Helichrysum hydrosol can I use that instead of or split the amount with another hydrosol? I have read that grape seed extract is not a preservative but an antioxidant (which prevents oils from going rancid). The extract is much more concentrated than the hydrosol, so you definitely should not use the same amount.
