have you used castor oil and beeswax?
with the beeswax, it should thicken and you should be able to whip it!

So I have been contemplating making beet reduction myself. Their website mentions acidification with the lemon concentrate to preserve the color. Does that mean that I should juice the beetroot, reduce it and add some citric acid? Do you know how much citric acid (the proportion to the beetroot juice) is needed? Thank you.
