I created a sensual massage oil recipe with Jojoba oil and a blend of essential oils that will relax your body, uplift your spirit and boost your libido!

Are you wondering how a simple massage oil recipe can do all that?

Massage oils have been used since 3000 B.C. by the Egyptians for numerous purposes. Cleopatra sure did use some of them for smooth, radiant, and younger looking skin.

There are hundreds of essential oils and each one of them has different properties, from healing wounds to treating acne, suppressing appetite and even offering anti-aging benefits for youthful skin.

The problem with commercial massage oils is that they often contain synthetic fragrances, and it often gives you a headache or worse – an allergy.

A better option is my DIY sensual oil recipe that does not cause any adverse reactions and leaves you feeling rejuvenated and well… in the mood!

This sensual massage oil recipe is easy to make, and the best part is – you can even gift it to your loved one on Valentine’s Day!

Sensual Massage Oil Recipe

I created a sensual massage oil recipe with Jojoba oil and a blend of essential oils that will relax your body, uplift your spirit and boost your libido!

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Blend all the ingredients together and allow 24 h before use if possible to allow the essential oils to synergize together.
This makes 3 oz of massage oil.
1% dilution of essential oil in 3 oz is 15 drops of essential oil all combined.
Avoid a higher than 2% dilution as the essential oils are very powerful and also can irritate the skin at a higher dilution.
Massage your body with a few drops of the oil.
Note: Keep this oil away from your private parts.

The Benefits of Massages on the Body

The concept of massages has now taken over a therapeutic role. With a busy lifestyle, it is common for you to embrace the small moments of joy in life. The benefits of a massage, a happy ending, as we call it, are no longer considered a taboo in today’s generation. The primary benefit of a sensual massage is the experience of unwinding and leaving all your worries behind. You should understand that a sensual oil massage is basically the pleasuring of the erogenous areas like the back of the ears, armpits, spine, inner thighs, nape, lower abdomen, and back, in order to relax the body and stimulate the reproductive organs.

The benefits of massages are many, and some of them are listed below:

  • Relieves stress
  • Reduces anxiety
  • Reduces muscle tension
  • Enhances exercise performance
  • Promotes relaxation
  • Soothes depression
  • Relieves headaches
  • Improves posture
  • Provides an eccentric and libidinous feeling

Natural preservatives essential oilsWhy certain essential oils are considered sensual and aphrodisiac?

Essential oils come from plants, fruits, and other botanical parts that usually induce a feeling of relaxation and the desirable effects of romance. They do this by stimulating the brain, either because of their unique scent or other amazing properties that are absorbed into the skin during the massage. These type of oils are classified as aphrodisiacs – so, you can expect countless mind-blowing nights ahead!

Sandalwood essential oil, for instance, has the quality to improve hormonal imbalance and re-wire your nervous system so that your other senses are heightened. They influence the state of your mind and emotions, inducing warmth and intimacy, while also enforcing spirituality. These and many other properties of essential oils increase sensual and intimate feelings and are hence known as Aphrodisiacs.

Low Libido

    • Anabolic steroids
    • Certain anti-depressants
  • Depression
  • Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS) – An uncontrollable urge to move legs
  • Stress
  • Sleep Problems
  • Too much (or perhaps, too little) exercise

In women, it may be due to:

  • Diet
  • Sexual problems (Pain in genitilia)
  • Medical diseases
  • Medicines
  • Hormonal Changes
    • Breast Feeding / Pregnancy
    • Menopause
  • Lifestyle habits
  • Surgery
  • Fatigue
  • Psychological issues
  • Relationship issues
