  • 30 drops grapefruit essential oil
  • 40 drops bergamot essential oil
  • 20 drops Cedarwood essential oil

Method
 

  1. Blend essential oils together in a 5 ml amber glass bottle.
  2. Wait 24 h before use if possible to allow the essential oils to blend.
  3. Add 2-3 drops in your essential oil diffuser on top of water or follow the instructions of your diffuser. Remember that you should never apply undiluted essential oil to the skin.
