Method
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Shake well before use.
- Use 1 tablespoon of the mixture in a glass and add one tablespoon of lukewarm water to the glass just before use.
- Swirl for 30 seconds not swallow and rinse well.
- Do not use for children as the essential oils are potent.
