Combine the oils & beeswax in your double boiler on low heat.

At the same time, add the rose water in another double boiler on low heat so that it gets to the same temperatures as the oils.

Once the oils are melted, take it off the heat and start whipping with an electric or manual mixer.

Add the rose water drop by drop while mixing.

Continue mixing until you reach the creamy consistency desired.

Add the essential oils and mix well.
